Fine Custom Upholstery :: Return/Exchange Policy
Due to the nature
of our business, unfortunately we do not offer
return and/or exchange of goods once sold. Please review our sales policy
before placing an order wiht us.
1. All furniture pieces made to order or custom built are non-returnable.
Please contact your local interior decorator, if you have doubt about the
size or style of our furniture before placing your order.
2. 50% deposit required when placing an order;
and the rest before shipping or pickup. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
3. Unclaimed furniture is subject to storage fee, 45 days after notifying the customer.
No claims accepted after 90 days.
4. All furniture prices are subject to change without notice.
